No matter the weather, we train !

We know by experience that a rugby game is quite often played in bad weather conditions. In such case, the teams who have already experienced these conditions have an advantage as the body and the mind of their players is already used to it.

That's why, when the weather tells you to stay at home on the sofa in your cosy and warm living-room, the Düsseldorf Dragons prefer to enjoy a good training session outside, pushing themselves to improve their technic and their fitness.
