The first women 7s rugby tournament of the year

Last Saturday, the Dragons women played their first 7s tournament this year, hosted by SGE Lüchse.

The team was unfortunately decimated due to sickness and arrived with a total of seven players in Hausen.

During a sunny but windy weather, the Dragons played their first game against Hürth. This was Carla's very first appearance for the 🐉👏🏻. The exciting and well-balanced game ended in a tight 15:10 for the Dragons.
Following through the tournament rather fewer successes occured. Nevertheless our players showed some good moves with great supporting lines and offloads that put the opponents under pressure.
In conclusion, once again it was a great opportunity to watch some nice games and improve a lot on both individual level and as a team.

The player of the day was Carol, who simply never lost her motivation and good mood.

Many thanks to Sarah from Eintracht Frankfurt's team, who greatly supported us throughout the four games of the tournament. We also want to thank Dshamilja from Cologne, who was a great support in the game against Frankfurt.
